This new brand identity has been meticulously crafted by Kevin M. Gentry exclusively for North Buncombe High School, under the auspices of the North Buncombe Hawk Club. All elements, including images, logos, and files, are uniquely original and have been duly registered with the United States Copyright Office. The artist shall maintain complete copyright ownership for an agreed-upon period of one year, after which, subject to fulfilling all terms and conditions, all copyrights will transfer to the North Buncombe Hawk Club.

This brand identity and its logos, images, typography and concepts are prohibited from being utilized for any purpose not directly to the benefit of North Buncombe High School and in no case shall be used for personal or commercial gain, profit or promotion, with the sole exception of being directly under contract with North Buncombe High School or the North Buncombe Hawk Club.  No other entity, agency or institution shall utilize any portion of this brand for the promotion or marketing of itself or others.

 

No individual, group, or entity may utilize any aspect of this branding package without explicit written consent from the North Buncombe Hawk Club, North Buncombe High School, or Kevin M. Gentry. The ultimate authority over these branding elements rests with the holder of the official copyright certificates, who retains the right to refuse or prohibit their use at their sole discretion.
